Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
If you exceed your monthly API call limit, you'll still be able to use the service, but you'll be charged for additional API calls at a rate of $0.001 per call. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit so you can upgrade if needed.
Do you offer a free trial of the Pro plan?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly or annually, depending on your preference. Annual billing comes with a 20% discount. You can pay using major credit cards or PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also accept bank transfers.
