Terms of Service
Welcome to LittleAuth. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LittleAuth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.
2. Description of Service
LittleAuth provides OAuth authentication and calendar authorization services. We allow users to authenticate using various providers including Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Calendly, and connect to calendar services for seamless integration with third-party applications.
Our service acts as an intermediary between you and these OAuth providers, facilitating secure authentication without storing your passwords or sensitive credentials.
3. OAuth Authentication
LittleAuth integrates with multiple OAuth providers to offer you secure authentication options:
- Google OAuth: When you authenticate with Google, you grant LittleAuth permission to access certain information from your Google account as specified during the authorization process.
- Microsoft OAuth: Authentication through Microsoft allows LittleAuth to access specific Microsoft account information as detailed in the authorization screen.
- Apple OAuth: Using Sign in with Apple provides LittleAuth with limited access to your Apple account information based on the permissions you approve.
- Calendly OAuth: Authentication with Calendly enables LittleAuth to interact with your Calendly account according to the permissions you grant.
For each provider, you will be clearly informed about the permissions requested before you authorize access. You can revoke these permissions at any time through the respective provider's security settings.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and authentication tokens. These measures include encryption, secure storage practices, and regular security audits.
We only retain the minimum information necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements. Authentication tokens are stored securely and are only used to provide the services you have explicitly requested.
6. Calendar Connections
When you connect calendar services through LittleAuth, you grant us permission to access and interact with your calendar data according to the permissions you approve. We only access calendar information as required to provide the requested services.
You can disconnect calendar services at any time through your LittleAuth account settings or by revoking access through the calendar provider's security settings.
7. API Usage
If you use our API, you agree to comply with our API usage guidelines and rate limits. Misuse of our API, including excessive requests or unauthorized access attempts, may result in temporary or permanent restriction of your access.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LittleAuth, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
- Any content obtained from the service; and
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
